For orders in Europe: if the selected product is in stock, it will be delivered within 3 - 5 days. If the product happens to be out of stock, please allow 1 week (minimum) to handcraft and ship your product.

For international orders: the delivery time varies and can take around 1-2 weeks.

Each board goes through a careful inspection before we send it to you. For our bespoke artisan boards, we do not offer returns at this time. However, we will happily provide a repair or exchange if you send us a photo of the defect within 1 day of receiving the board. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Express shipping is costly. For Shipping to certain destinations like countries in Africa, the cost of shipping by express like DHL is equivalent to the cost of the product itself. Normal local postal service takes time but is cost effective.
