Hi guys, my name is Parmeet. I am a podcaster, athlete, and founder of the Wiser Community. 

I am based in the beautiful city of Sydney where we host community events based around building mental awareness and mental resilience. Among other modalities, we use Sadhu Nails not just for the immense health benefits but also to build mental resilience. It is a practice that is so dearly loved by myself and the community.
